Method: Slice 250g Paneer (Cottage Cheese) In to small dice. Heat 3 tbsp of oil/ghee, add paste of 3 onions and fry till golden. Add 4 tbsp tomato puree 1 tsp Garlic ginger paste. Stir-fry for 5 min. Add Chilly Powder, Coriander Powder, Pinch of Turmeric Powder, add 1 tbsp H. K. GOPAL Shahi Paneer Masala and stir. Add 2 tsp magaz, 2 tsp Cashew Paste, 40 ml fresh cream and Salt acording to taste. Boil with 1.5 cups hot water. Add Paneer Slice. Simmer till done. Garnish with green Coriander leaves and adash of fresh cream. Serve steaming hot with Roti/Naan.

This masala is really nice. I just added it to tomato gravy and the Shahi Paneer tasted just like in a restaurant.
