Method: Soak 200g of Chhole for 6 hours boil and keep a side.. Heat 6 tbsp oil, Fry 4 chopped onions till golden brown. Add 2 chopped tomato 3 slit green chillies and 1 inch ging finely sliced and salt according to taste.. Add 1 tsp each of Chilly Powder and Coriander Powder. Add 1 tsp. H.K. GOPAL Chhole Masala fry for 2 minutes on a low fiame. • Add boiled chhole cook for 5 minutes. For extra taste you can use 1/2 tsp H.K. GOPAL Chat Masala. Serve hot with Roti/Rice.
